Hybrid position: 3x2 Monterrey - Nuevo León - Mx We're seeking a Sr Full-Stack Engineer to help design, build, and operate cloud-native services and applications. The professional will own major components, drive technical decisions, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role involves building platform components that enable safe, scalable development and implementing AI-enabled features using modern LLM patterns. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, test, and maintain full-stack systems and cloud-native services in AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Lead projects and architectural initiatives while mentoring multiple engineers. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation. • Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design principles to all development. • Improve reliability, performance, cost efficiency, and security posture of production systems. Must-Have Requirements • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience (8+ years for Principal level). • Strong full-stack development experience with React and Node.js. • Experience delivering production systems in cloud environments (AWS preferred). • Solid understanding of testing strategies and CI/CD practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset. English b2 or advanced Nice to Have • Experience building AI/LLM systems in production (RAG, routing). • Experience building platform components or reusable infrastructure. • Experience working in regulated environments such as SOC2, HIPAA, or ISO.
