About the Company We are looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager (HSE Manager) to lead our SSMA (Safety, Health & Environmental Management) strategy and ensure full compliance with legal, corporate, and international standards. This role plays a key part in safeguarding our people, facilities, and environment while driving continuous improvement in operational excellence and energy efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and maintain the Safety, Health & Environmental Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, Safering). Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, safety, health, and energy regulations. Oversee the Safety & Hygiene Commission and ensure proper functioning. Manage permits and regulatory requirements with governmental authorities. Evaluate and recommend safety, PPE, environmental protection equipment, and hazardous materials management. Audit safety, environmental, and legal compliance processes. Lead environmental protection practices, pollution prevention, and efficient energy use. Train and develop personnel on occupational safety and health. Manage departmental budgeting and cost control. Promote ethical behavior aligned with corporate standards and Compliance programs. Support CTPAT requirements and TotalEnergies Code of Conduct. Ensure zero-accident culture through risk assessment and corrective actions. Stop any process that represents environmental, safety, or quality risk when necessary. Collaborate with medical staff on risk prevention and incident management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in Safety, Health, Environmental Management, and Energy Efficiency systems. Advanced English fluency, capable of presenting and negotiating. Strong knowledge of applicable environmental and occupational safety regulations. Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001, and Safering standards. Advanced/intermediate computer skills (Office suite and related applications).
