Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retention Expert located in Benito Juárez, CDMX. The Retention Expert will be responsible for retaining customers through building strong relationships, analyzing customer needs, identifying solutions, and addressing concerns. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, leveraging communication and interpersonal skills, and providing tailored support to drive brand loyalty and long-term customer engagement. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Retention techniques and methods to optimize customer loyalty Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and trends Outstanding communication skills in English and Spanish , both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment Minimum 1 year of experience in retention, sales, or a related role. Highschool diploma or equivalent required Experience in customer experience management is an advantage Previous experience working in a call center environment and with CRM systems is a strong plus.
