This role will focus on driving the execution and delivery of centralized platform capabilities such as APIs, product configuration, and data reporting enhancements. The Product Owner will work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage the product backlog, and ensure the delivery of high-value features that enhance customer experience and platform scalability. About you: 3–5 years of experience working with engineering-centric teams (Facial Biometrics or Shared Services such as APIs, SDKs, etc.) Strong understanding of Shared Services Platform lifecycle Solid knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs Ability to work closely with engineering teams in agile environments Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration Experience using tools such as Slack, GitHub, Confluence, etc. Hands-on experience in agile delivery and sprint execution What you’ll do: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals Translate business and customer needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth sprint execution and delivery Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to align on roadmap and priorities Support discovery activities by gathering and refining requirements Track progress, identify blockers, and ensure timely delivery of features Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams Continuously refine processes to improve delivery efficiency About our client: Healthcare IT security company that provides a platform addressing critical compliance and security challenges while improving providers' productivity.
