This role will report directly to the Director Plant Manager a strategic new facility that will set the standard for performance and innovation in our industrial business. You will lead the Project Management and Customer Order Fulfillment (CSOF) function and collaborate closely with other functions such as Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and Finance. The Opportunity: The Project Management and Order fulfillment Manager plays a key leadership role in building and shaping a new team, leading the full execution cycle from order to delivery. You will lead the CSOF team, ensuring flawless execution of customer projects and orders, from purchase order to cash collection. You’ll be responsible for driving on-time delivery, margin, and customer satisfaction while ensuring seamless coordination between Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the CSOF team managing major projects, run rate, and spare parts. Oversee the full order execution process, ensuring on-time delivery (OTD), cash flow, backlog management and customer satisfaction. Serve as the second escalation point for customer issues and ensure proactive communication. Stablish cadence for project follow-ups and backlog reviews, ensuring progress and accountability. Facilitate collaboration across departments to achieve successful project execution. Ensure compliance with established processes and champions continuous improvement initiatives. Evaluate and control resources capacity versus forecasted demand and backlog, making data driven resourcing decisions. Sponsor safety and training initiatives to strengthen team capability and engagement. Support manufacturing operations and ensure alignment with production priorities. Manage performance against key operational and financial metrics (OTD, backlog, sales forecast, working capital, margin). Preferred Experience and skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred. 8+ years of experience in project management, order fulfillment, or operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Proven track record of managing complex customer projects and leading cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, production planning, and financial performance metrics. Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Black Belt or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. Fluency in English required.
