As a Buyer you will support our sourcing, supplier management, and cost-reduction initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding with strong negotiation and analytical skills to ensure the supply of high-quality materials and services that meet cost, quality, and delivery expectations. This is a full-time, 100% on-site position located at our offices in San Nicolás de los Garza, NL. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemical, industrial, mechanical, materials or a related field. Proven 1–5 years of experience like buyer or similar. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for allocated materials fields by implementation of procurement engineering projects. Continuously review of the original and global markets to identify new alternative sourcing opportunities. Supplier management. Supplier evaluation to consider alternatives sources. Interacting directly with suppliers and operations. Create PO and do the follow up until material arrives to the plant. Identify negotiation opportunities. Look and propose best options for supplying in time and better total cost. Qualifications and Skills Advanced English level. Proactive. Problem solving. Building empathy. Team mindset.
