Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager / Business Development Manager to drive growth in the automotive sector. In this dual role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts. You will sell engineering services (design, prototyping, testing) and staffing solutions (contract, permanent, and project-based hiring) to automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within the automotive and manufacturing engineering sector. Pitch and sell engineering services and technical staffing solutions to prospective clients. Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets. Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key existing accounts. Understand client needs, ensure high satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on trends, challenges, and talent demands in the automotive industry. Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to the leadership team. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless talent deployment. Align service offerings with client requirements and project timelines. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: 3+ years in business development, account management, or sales within the automotive engineering services or staffing industry. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the automotive sector, including OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to bring in new clients and grow existing accounts. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Language: Fluency in English/Spanish required. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
