The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading the execution of customer programs from new product introduction (NPI) through full production. This role drives cross-functional alignment across engineering, supply chain, quality, and production to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer and business objectives. The Senior Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for key customer programs, proactively managing risks, driving issue resolution, and ensuring clear communication across internal teams and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Execution Lead the planning and execution of customer programs from prototype through mass production. Own program timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Drive cross-functional accountability to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets. Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed. NPI & Production Leadership Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities including prototype, pilot, and production ramp. Ensure manufacturing readiness through coordination with engineering, supply chain, and operations. Oversee transition from development to production, ensuring process stability and scalability. Stakeholder & Customer Management Serve as the primary interface for customers and global Sales Program Managers. Lead program reviews, business updates, and executive-level communications. Build strong customer relationships and ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables. Risk Management & Issue Resolution Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks impacting schedule, cost, or quality. Lead cross-functional problem solving and escalation management. Drive root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. Process & Continuous Improvement Ensure compliance with company processes, quality systems, and applicable ISO standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across program execution and NPI processes. Standardize best practices for program management and reporting. Documentation & Change Management Oversee program documentation including schedules, reports, and performance metrics. Lead change management activities such as ECOs, BOM updates, and revision control. What we are looking for: Education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 5–8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or manufacturing operations. Experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, or OEM environments required. Proven track record of leading complex NPI programs and production ramps. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority. Advanced problem-solving and risk management capabilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex programs. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar). Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) and document control systems. Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes (SMT, PCBA, box build). Preferred Qualifications PMP or equivalent project management certification. Experience in ISO 13485 or regulated manufacturing environments.
