Join ofi (Olam Food Ingredients) Regional Management Development Program LATAM ofi (Olam Food Ingredients) is looking for high-potential talent to join our Regional Management Development Program (LATAM) an intensive and fast-track program designed to develop the next generation of Branch Managers within our coffee operations. This program offers accelerated exposure to management, operations, finance, trading, and leadership within the agro-industrial sector, with opportunities across multiple countries in Latin America. Role Overview (Final Position: Branch Manager Coffee) You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of coffee operations in-country, including procurement, processing, quality, logistics, and exports. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact agro-industrial business in one of the most dynamic coffee regions in the world. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and execute the country-level coffee procurement strategy aligned with business objectives Optimize processing and quality resources to drive efficiency and minimize losses Support infrastructure development to meet operational volume requirements Ensure strict compliance with internal processes, policies, and systems Manage direct and indirect costs within approved budgets Oversee counterparty and credit risk in both purchasing and sales Lead and develop high-performing teams aligned with business strategy Provide timely market intelligence to support trading decisions and positioning Manage relationships with regulatory authorities for permits and compliance Build capabilities and strengthen team competencies Additional Responsibilities Negotiate and develop business relationships with coffee producers Lead commercial contract negotiations Integrate and manage the agro-industrial value chain (farm to processing/export) Conduct market and financial analysis Coordinate logistics from origin to processing facilities or export Requirements Education Bachelors degree (required) Masters degree or MBA (preferred) Preferred fields: Agronomy (with commercial focus), Agribusiness, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related analytical/commercial disciplines Experience 34 years of professional experience (post-graduation) Experience in multinational companies, exporters, agroindustry, commodities, operations, or related fields is highly valued Language Advanced English (mandatory) Key Competencies Entrepreneurial mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commercial acumen and negotiation skills Ability to work in multicultural environments Strong organizational skills, discipline, and self-motivation Leadership potential and ambition to take on managerial roles Analytical thinking and decision-making capability Results-oriented with strong attention to detail Strategic mindset with team management capability Additional Requirements Availability for national and international travel Willingness to relocate across cities or countries Strong interest in building a career in agroindustry / food ingredients Ready to build a global career with ofi?
