**Job Title**:Dispatcher****Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate routes based on customer needs, driver availability, and DOT regulations.- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to provide real-time updates on load status.- Daily check in calls morning and evening to ensure timely delivery and pick up- Monitor and track truck locations via GPS and dispatch software.- Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, or delays; re-route drivers as necessary.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries, driver logs, hours of service (HOS), and compliance documentation.- Maintain accurate records of rate confirmations, invoices, product release forms, and POD/BOLs- Ensure loads are assigned in a cost-effective and efficient manner.- Collaborate with the operations manager to ensure vehicles are in proper working order.- Resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and urgency.- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational performance.**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or equivalent- 2+ years of experience in customer service, dispatching, transportation, or logistics.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to multitask, remain calm, and work well under pressure.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Bilingual (English/Spanish)- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements.- Strong listening and interpersonal skills- Self-motivated and ability to work individually and with a team**Working Conditions**:- Remote/ Home Office-based with frequent use of computers and communication devices.- May require extended hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call availability depending on operational needs.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $13,114.21 - $19,500.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
