Job Description

Essential Functions:- Develop, implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to create talent pipelines for future critical staffing needs. - Works with division leadership to understand intern staffing needs and then operates as the recruiter filling those roles. Screens, schedules and interviews applicants. - Coordinates manager and team interviews, employment testing and reference checking pre-hire. Coordinates background to ensure screening. Extends verbal and written job offers. - Completes weekly report on employment activity and recurring reporting on intern and trainee hiring analytics. - Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidate pools. - Proactively networks and leverages technology to recruit from passive candidate sources. - This position reports to HR Manager and has no direct reports. - Must be able to go out to recruit in the field, visit nearby towns to hold employment fairs, field recruitment, among others.Required Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):- Preferred Bachelors in relevant field 5+ years of experience. - Must have a professional and fluent English communication (to validate on 1st interview) - Prefered experience with recruiting Welders and Fitters for manufacturing plants. - Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with hiring managers to solve business needs. - Strong sourcing skills and ability to build robust pipelines. - Ability to leverage technology to recruit and build relationships via phone and in-person networking. - Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle. - Able to define and communicate clear expectations and provide progress updates to hiring managers, candidates and other team members. - Strong communication skills and a comfort level presenting to groups required. - Demonstrated ability to build a simple plan and then execute it well within a complex environment. - High focus on candidate experience, superior negotiation and closing skills. - Self-motivated and able to successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent analytical and organization skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a group.Must be available to work in different locations (2) depending of the business needs.Job Locations:Carretera a Laredo Km 21, Parque Industrial Aeropuerto 1er. sector, Apodaca, N.L.Libramiento Noroeste Km. 27, Parque Industrial Gate, Escobedo, N.L.
