Due to our international growth, we are looking for talented: Quality Manager(Electronic Industry) Full-time, On Site: El Salto, Jalisco. We are looking for a Quality Manager (Electronics Industry) with atleast 8 years of experience in the Electronics field. This role involves ensuring the company's verification processes, such as: Receiving Inspection Process, Verification Process of in-process and finished product. Must ensure the quality of the Manufacturing process through the implementation of key tools such as: PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan and SPC among others. The Quality Manager aims to ensure the quality of raw material suppliers that directly influence the product(s) manufactured at Inventronics MMC, using tools for their development and/or evaluation correctly. Supports and ensures the implementation, maintenance, and recertification of the required ISO standards as a strategy for the plant. Developing the human talent under their charge. The Quality Manager aims to maintain communication with sister plants to ensure global monitoring of results and to share best practices and lessons learned. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 70% fluency in English language. Requirements: A. Training and Experience University degree in Electronic Engineering ( Postgraduate desirable ). Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably high-volume electronics. Desirable 6 to 8 years as a process quality engineer within the electronics industry. Experience as an internal auditor for at least 5 years. Experience as a quality systems manager for at least 1 year (desirable) Experience in receiving inspection and supplier quality areas minimum 3 years (desirable). Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience leading combined Quality Processes. B. Knowledge Knowledge of IPC 610 (desirable) Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan Knowledge of Statistical Process Control Minimum English level of 70% Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action tools (8D, CAPA, etc…) Advanced English (reading technical manuals, communicating with international suppliers). C. Skills and Competencies Operational Excellence Leadership: Ability to drive a culture of predictive maintenance and zero failures. Priority Management: Superior ability to balance urgent tasks with the execution of long-term strategic projects. Data-Driven Decision Making: Using metrics (KPIs, failure analysis) to guide investment and improvement strategies. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with staff, management, and suppliers.
