Job Responsibilities:Territory Management: Take ownership of the designated territory and manage/expand a diverse customer base throughout Central America.Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customer needs within the renewable energy industry in the local market.Site Visits: Travel to wind farms across Central America to conduct comprehensive analyses of their aftermarket spare parts requirements.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.Global Collaboration: Collaborate with the global team on a weekly basis to review past projects and discuss upcoming initiatives.Consultative Selling: Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, or solutions.Closing Deals: Effectively sell wind turbine-related parts to Central American wind turbine owners and operators.Procurement & Trading: Source parts and help expand our procurement network. The Sales Manager is responsible for transactions at the order level, supported by global procurement and order fulfillment. Requirements:Commercial Drive: Proven track record of sales excellence, with a strong focus on closing deals and delivering exceptional customer service.Industry Experience: 4–5 years of experience in the renewables industry preferably in wind energyField Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales or procurement.Networking: A well-established network in the wind turbine aftermarket within Latin America is highly advantageous.Mindset: Strategic thinker and creative problem solver with a positive, proactive attitude.Location: Based in a regional hub such as Panama City (Panama), San José (Costa Rica), Mexico etc. or another major Central American city.Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time within the region.Languages: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
