Your final goal will be to schedule meetings with qualified prospects, and pass them on to our Sales counterparts.You will be the very first point of contact a potential customer will have with Vonage API and play a vital role not only in generating sales pipeline, but helping us refine sales and marketing strategy based on your interactions and successes with prospects.There are tremendous growth opportunities within this position and team; you will have a chance to learn and develop skills on B2B technology sales and marketing and more. We are growing rapidly and we expect our SDRs to grow to more senior positions across the organization as we gain experience and achieve higher levels of performance.Your key responsibilities:Perform outbound prospecting activities, and contact potential clients through phone/video calls, emails, LinkedIn or other channelsDiscover new leads through creative internet research and social media monitoring/messaging, using LinkedIn Navigator and other sales toolsQualify customers based on a thorough knowledge of Vonage API platform productsKeep meticulous and detailed notes updated in our CRM systemSchedule qualified meetings and demos for our Account ManagersCollaborate with marketing, account managers, and sales leadership to optimize performanceAchieve monthly targets number of qualified Appointments & new sales OpportunitiesDevelop and maintain territory plan with Account Managers from your assigned geographyHave strong working product knowledge of Vonage’s API product suitesSupport Vonage API marketing efforts by assisting in online and other marketing campaignsWhat you’ll bring: Required:2+ years of Sales Development / Lead generation and or sales experience in B2B environments, especially in the software industryAbility to speak and write inEnglishandPortugueseat a professional levelStrong Cold calling and Personalized email creation experienceSelf Motivated and Self Organized with the ability to make things happen without supervision or tight controlSalesforce,Gong , Linkedin, LinkedIn Sales Nav Sales engagement tools (like Gong Engage andOutreach ), zoominfo, Gen AI Tools, and 6sense experienceOutbound experience targeting Enterprisecompanies based in BrazilHighly collaborative mindset who is a team player - our success is together, not alone.Willingness to talk on the phone and on video with prospectsAbility to work at a fast pace to have as many meaningful interactions with prospects as possible each dayGoal-oriented mindsetCreativity around new ideas to help the team be successfulWhere you will work: This position offers a fully remote work arrangement based out of Mexico.Sponsorship is not available.
