The Teaching Assistant supports the Teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences and fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment. This role involves working closely with students to provide individual or small group support, assisting with classroom management, preparing resources, and contributing to the overall well-being and academic progress of all pupils. The Teaching Assistant upholds SEP requirements, AIM’s curriculum, Inspired’s educational philosophy, and the school’s safeguarding standards.
