The company’s aggressive sales approach and service quality are the basis for its strong reputation as a valuable leader in the industry.Job Description:HMD Trucking Inc. is looking for a Safety Assistant who wants to contribute to a successful team that embraces innovation and be part of an industry leading organization that consistently sets new standards.What You Will Be Doing:Log Audit: Record review of hours for accuracy and completeness (Log checks with registered data, such as GPS, BOL, Fuel, Inspections, etc.)Responding to the calls regarding the Log IssuesPermitsResponding to the Accident callsGuiding the driver through all the necessary stepsCollecting all the dataCreating the accident reportGetting the accident videos from NetradyneLocating the DOT certified clinic and sending the driver for post-accident drug and alcohol test if requiredCoaching the Drivers for HOSExperience and desired skills:Proficient in spoken and written ENGLISH (must)Ability to work under pressureAbility to work effectively both as a Team member and independentlyAbility to follow instructions and deliver quality resultsPast work experience that is relevant is a plusWhat can you expect?To work in a modern office in Cumbre Abanza - San Andres Cholula, Puebla;To have full private health insurance sponsored by the employer;To have a paid time off (PTO);To be part of a fun and energetic work environment;Work Schedule:SCHEDULE: SAT / SUN 12PM TO 12AM MON / TUE 10AM TO 6PM Central Time
