Midea Group acquired WDM in 2021 and started to make it become a multinational company with great reliable medical products and solutions.Key Responsibility and Objectives:Drive sales growth and achieve regional sales targets.Develop new markets and establish strong customer channels in line with the company’s international marketing strategy, ensuring ongoing channel development and maintenance.Conduct market research and analyze overseas market trends and certification requirements to support strategic planning and successful certification processes.Manage overseas order fulfillment and order processing to ensure standardized and efficient operations.Oversee sales contract approval and monitor contract execution and payment collection to ensure compliance and timely revenue realization.Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, or a related field.5 to 8 years of experience in medical imaging services and regional sales management among LATAM region.Strong knowledge of market data analysis for major equipment such as DXR, MRI, CT, and DSA.Proven experience in developing and managing distributor or agent relationships.Experience managing overseas sales regions is highly desirable.Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English communication skills.
