We’re hiring anEnrollment Sales Specialistto own candidate conversations and drive enrollments throughhigh-quality, phone-based sales interactions . This is ahigh-ticket, high-impact sales role— ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and consistently ranks in thetop 1% . Your RoleAs an Enrollment Sales Specialist, you will act as akey revenue driver , owning your pipeline of inbound leads and converting them into enrolled students. This is aconversion-focused role . We’re looking for someone who is confident on the phone, skilled at handling objections, and motivated by hitting targets — while still delivering a strong candidate experience. You will be responsible formoving candidates efficiently through the funnel , from initial conversation to final enrollment.
