Generate project timelines, organise progress meetings, validate BOMs, record information in QAD and make any necessary adjustments. Knowledge of customer portals (GM, Ford, Stellantis). Participate in the APQP phases, ensuring that deliverables are met. Lead and/or carry out trial runs, capacity tests and process validations. Participate in the preparation of technical documentation: PFMEA Control Plan Process sheets Work instructions Coordinate the preparation and release of samples: Run@Rate PPAP Follow up on corrective and preventive actions arising from tests, audits or deviations detected during start-ups. Collaborate with the following departments: -Quality -Production -Maintenance -Suppliers and customers Ensure compliance with automotive standards and specific customer requirements (CSR). Support the transition from project to production. Provide technical support during the first days/weeks of series production. Identify opportunities for improvement in cycle times, scrap, efficiency and process stability.Technical expertise Technical expertise Plastic injection moulding, painting and assembly processes. APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan. Automotive Core Tools. Interpretation of drawings and GD&T. Management of performance indicators. Problem-solving methodologies (8D, A3, Ishikawa).
