This entry-level role assists Meeting Planners and Conference Coordinators with administrative tasks, event preparation, and conference materials to help ensure smooth event operations across multiple events.Position Level:Entry-Level Job Type:FT International Consultant Compensation:$850 USD per month Location:Remote Important: Only English resumes and cover letters will be considered.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and logistical support to Meeting Planners and Conference CoordinatorsAssist with organizing and maintaining conference materials, speaker information, and event documentationCoordinate internal travel, transportation, and shipping arrangements as neededAssist with coordinating VIP speaker travel and logistical detailsCollect and organize speaker and sponsor materials such as biographies, headshots, presentations, and company descriptionsManage and update registration information within internal databasesSupport conference communications, including attendee notifications related to hotels, schedules, and deadlinesAssist with preparing badges, printed materials, and conference suppliesHelp track event-related information and maintain organized records across multiple conferencesProvide professional and responsive customer service when assisting speakers, sponsors, and attendeesAssist with onsite preparation and event execution as neededSupport general coordination tasks and projects as assigned by the Coordination teamQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferredAdvanced English skills in verbal and written communication are requiredStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously across several conferencesStrong time management and prioritization skills in a deadline-driven environmentProfessional, engaging, and diplomatic demeanorStrong customer service mindset and problem‑solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plusSelf‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a teamBenefits & Work Environment At Opal Group, we value our team members and offer a comprehensive and supportive work culture.
