HCL Tech is looking for Organizational Change Management with the below skills:SKILLS:Assist in defining the timing, frequency, stakeholder groups, message content, senders, media types, and feedback loops required for a formal communication planning effort Develop key messages for targeted audiences in support of a communication plan Conduct gap analysis to assess current and future state organizational capabilities Design and develop instructional courseware that covers specific training around a set of desired skills and behaviors or general instruction on a particular topic Conduct training sessions tailored to specific client audiences Assist with developing role-based training curricula for in-scope roles in the change initiativeUnderstand the benefits and limitations of various training delivery modes: computer-based modules, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and hybrid content deliveryAssist with executing change-related assessments such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, capability gap assessment, change management maturity assessment, and sponsor capability assessmentLearn to plan and implement stakeholder engagement activities including change agent network meetings and change impact workshopsCollect data and assist in defining requirements for job descriptions, competency-based role profiles, and career path models Develop and support the implementation of job descriptions, competency-based role profiles, and career path modelsAssist with role-mapping activities to support process enablementDesign and develop reference documentation structure to cover scope of on-line help, user manuals and other reference materials Assist in designing and implementing Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programsUnderstand communication best practices and principles, including the value of correct communication timing, tailored comms content, appropriate senders of messages, and proper collection of feedback to assess effectiveness.Have hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, etc., and have good understanding of prompt engineering principlesHave familiarity and hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, and Looker to present training compliance reports, adoption metrics, and survey responses Build credibility and partnership with appropriate client personnel through planned participation in selected client meetings, presentations, and working sessionsDemonstrate proficiency with standard desktop tools used to accomplish daily business activities and facilitate communicationsDemonstrate strong written communication skills & presentation skillsHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applicationsProsci certified (ADKAR) or CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) it would be a bonus.
