Your JobYou will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that improve manufacturing and testing processes. Your work will directly impact productivity, quality, and competitiveness by enabling automation, data-driven decisions, and scalable systems across manufacturing operations.What You Will DoDesign and develop software applications to support and improve manufacturing and test processes. Automate manual processes and generate system reports to increase efficiency and reduce labor costs. Enhance and extend existing test systems used across multiple manufacturing regions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Quality, IT, and Product Development. Develop and maintain software using languages such asC#, C/C++, Java, Python, Tcl/Tk, .NET , and web technologies. Integrate software with hardware and test equipment where required. Execute system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure robust and reliable solutions. Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned withLean, Quality, EHS, and 5Spractices. Document designs, test plans, and results to support global deployment and long‑term sustainability. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree inComputer, Electrical, Systems, or related Engineering field . 5+ years of experience developing software in manufacturing, test, or industrial environments. Strong programming experience withcompiled languages(C/C++, C#, ) andscripting languages(Python, Tcl/Tk). Solid understanding ofobject‑oriented programming , algorithms, data structures, and GUI development. Experience working withrelational databases(MySQL, MS‑SQL or similar). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional and global teams. Advanced English level (C1 or equivalent) for technical communication. What Will Put You AheadMaster’s degree in Engineering or related field. Experience with automation systems, manufacturing test environments, or industrial software. Knowledge ofdiscrete event modeling, Petri nets, image processing, or machine learning . Familiarity with version control and development tools such asGit, TortoiseSVN, Visual Studio .
