•Education: Professional career / position in Lean Six Sigma - Preferred experience in Industrial Engineering•Experience: Minimum 5 years working in a Lean Six Sigma environment or similar role – Minimum Green Belt certification.•Lean Tool-kit Application Skills (value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Error proofing, SMED, team problem solving, TPM, One-piece-flow and Standard work•Must be proactive, creative and a hands-on change agent – ability to work independently in team settings fluidly• Experience in teaching through formal sessions and individual mentoring•5 or more years’ experience in Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Cycle Time and other relevant “Lean” methodologies•2+ years of experience overseeing continuous improvement projects in a leadership role
