About the RoleSales Intake Representative: As a Sales Intake Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients—serving as the warm, knowledgeable voice that introduces them to our firm. You/'ll guide them from their initial outreach through to a formal legal consultation with one of our experienced attorneys. RequirementsProven sales experience in a call center environment is required, or alternatively, a minimum of 2+ years in a customer service call center role.
