Supply Chain Supervisor | Remote (LATAM) Confidential Client, fast-growing company that manufactures sustainable consumer products and sells them across the US through major retailers and distributors including Whole Foods, Target, Costco and Amazon. Growing 100%+ year over year.The RoleWe need a sharp, autonomous Supply Chain Supervisor to own our end-to-end operations, from coordinating shipments out of China to managing inventory across US distributors and Amazon. You'll lead a remote operations team and be the operational right hand of the Head of Operations.This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. You come with problems already analyzed and solutions ready.What You'll OwnInventory planning and demand forecasting across all channelsSea freight coordination from China to a 3PL warehouse in ChicagoUS distributor and Amazon replenishment and stock managementSupervision and upskilling of two remote coordinatorsMust Haves4+ years in supply chain within the US CPG marketExperience with US retail distribution — Whole Foods, Kroger, Target, Sprouts or similarAdvanced Excel and/or Google SheetsStrong inventory planning and procurement knowledgeAdvanced EnglishAutonomous, analytical and proactive mindsetNice to HaveDirect experience with UNFI, KeHE or SPS CommerceAmazon Seller Central and FBA managementExperience with Unleashed, Cin7 or similar inventory systemsScheduleFlexible but must cover late afternoon LATAM time to overlap with the US close of business and the start of the Asia-Pacific team shift. Colombia and Mexico preferred for time zone alignment.
