Job SpecFull time contractBenefitsHybrid work format in NaucalpanEnglish proficiency is a nice to have.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, from sourcing to offer stage.Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring needs.Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.Screen and interview candidates to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future opportunities.Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.Keep recruitment data and candidate records updated in the ATS.Requirements2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruitment.Experience recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, SAP Consultants, or DevOps specialists.Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
