Your RoleThis is a GrowthCreative Strategistrole at the intersection ofresearch, strategy, copy, and performance . You’ll turn audience insights into ad concepts and briefs that designers/editors execute into top-performing assets—and you’ll helpexplain the “why”behind results to clients. Important:you’renotresponsible for launching campaigns or managing budgets—but you do needMeta campaign fluency(metrics, creative performance signals, testing logic) so you can interpret results and guide next steps.
