To return to the OmniOn Power website,**Job Overview**The **Facilities Supervisor** is responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and cleanliness of all facility systems and infrastructure. This role oversees the maintenance of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment, supports production line setups, and leads energy‐saving and continuous improvement initiatives. The Facilities Supervisor ensures compliance with safety standards, promotes company values, and maintains effective communication with internal teams and external service providers.This position reports to the Business Health, Safety & Environmental Manager and is based at the Matamoros, Tamaulipas site.**Responsibilities**As **Facilities** **Supervisor**, you will be responsible for:* Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance program.* Providing support and maintenance for equipment and systems such as: lighting, air conditioning, refrigeration equipment, hydropneumatics systems, reverse osmosis systems, fire protection systems, electrical power, purified water fountains, automatic and manual curtains, ramps, exhaust systems, air compressors, vacuum systems, kitchen equipment, door and furniture repairs, hydraulic lifts, compactors, ice machines, potable and purified water piping, and extraction system piping.* Repair and maintenance of restrooms.* Performing electric and oxy‐fuel welding work.* Fabrication of metal structures and worktables.* General painting work.* Electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, extraction, and data/network installations.* Maintaining order and cleanliness inside buildings and outside areas to ensure a positive company image.* Cleaning offices, hallways, drawers, cafeteria areas, restrooms, kitchenettes, refrigerators, microwave ovens, and water dispensers.* Cleaning and maintaining antistatic flooring in production areas, as well as floors in office and training room areas.* Installation and reconfiguration of production lines, work areas, and office modules.* Sustainably managing energy and water saving programs while minimizing the use of chemicals.* Keeping all equipment and tools in optimal condition and effectively implementing the 5S program to provide safe and timely services.* Performing all tasks in compliance with applicable safety procedures and regulations.* Achieving and maintaining zero accidents.* Participating in and developing continuous improvement projects.* Communicating results and key performance indicators derived from the role in a timely and effective manner.* Applying and promoting company values within the maintenance team.* Maintaining open communication with external entities such as the electric utility (CFE), water authorities, and municipality.* Providing support for company campaigns or activities as needed.**ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS:** OmniOn Power will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in Mexico for this opening.
