This role is responsible for ensuring data consistency across HR systems, supporting HR operations through reporting and data management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize HRIS processes and resolve system-related issues.Key Responsibilities:Act as the functional and technical expert for Workday, supporting both the in country teams as well as the HRBP’S team to ensure a design aligned with global standards.Provide administrative support on the data management of all benefits administration platformsEnsure data accuracy and consistency across systems by performing regular audits and validation checksAssist with scheduled and ad-hoc reporting needsSupport large data imports and data uploads within WorkdayWork with the project teams in the analysis, development, implementation and support of allocated HR projects & changes.Support the HRIS Team in resolving system discrepancies between Workday and other integrated systemsCollaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Business Partners to support HRIS needsParticipate in HRIS-related projects and assist in the testing and documentation of new processes and proceduresMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data in compliance with privacy and security standardsYour Profile:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration5+ years of experience in Human ResourcesExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in EnglishExcellent knowledge of Workday, covering HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting and Time TrackingAn inquisitive and challenging mind, with an interest in questioning and improving the “as is”Excellent operational skills e.g. processes, procedures, data analysisExcellent HR experience and knowledgeExercises sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive informationAbility to troubleshoot issues and identify solutionsExcellent communication (oral and written) and strong relationship-building and customer service skillsAbility to work collaboratively with employees at all levels
