You'll ensure dealers have the needed resources and tools to succeed. Develop a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and goals to provide effective support and collaboration.Work closely with internal teams to resolve concerns or complaints and ensure excellent service deliveryAssist in the development of sales training materials and product literature for our solar dealersIdentify and resolve project issues that may delay deal progressionTrack projects that fall out of SLA and take timely action to realign timelinesFamiliarity with sales and CRM software programsOrganized, focused on deadlines and deliverables, self-motivatedOther duties as assignedRequired Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of solar sales experience preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in project management, sales, and/or customer service (open to strong candidates with at least 1 year)Spanish bilingual – ability to communicate effectively in both English and SpanishDemonstrated understanding of solar sales and dealer/builder processesStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keepingProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and WordExcellent communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage competing prioritiesLeadership experience (e.g., supervising or coordinating technicians) is a plus, but not requiredMust be able to successfully pass pre-screening requirementsPay: MXN 30,000.00 - MXN 33,000.00 per month
