Job Description

The Sr. HRIS Analyst is responsible for the effective operation, optimization, and evolution of Oracle HCM across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. This role blends deep functional HR knowledge with strong technical expertise to ensure HR systems effectively support business operations. The position plays a critical role in planning, designing, testing, and delivering new global HR technology capabilities, as well as enhancing and optimizing existing Oracle HCM functionality. As the functional expert for HR analytics and reporting, the role provides data-driven insights to support strategic workforce decisions while ensuring data integrity, security, and regional compliance.What You'll Do:Provide advanced functional and technical support for Oracle HCM (Core HR, Talent Management, and Workforce Compensation) across North AmericaAct as a senior escalation point for complex system issues, performing thorough root cause analysis and driving timely, sustainable resolutionsEnsure system configurations, data integrity, and business rules are accurate, auditable, and aligned with regional HR processes and regulatory requirementsPartner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and support ongoing system stabilityLead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of HRIS enhancements, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation supportOwn Oracle quarterly release management, including impact assessments, test planning and execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communicationsProactively identify and implement improvements to system performance, scalability, automation, and overall user experienceEstablish and maintain best practices for change management, documentation, and regression testingServe as the functional subject matter expert for HR analytics, reporting, and data visualization solutionsDesign, develop, and deliver advanced dashboards, reports, and metrics using tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Power BI, and QlikTranslate complex HR and workforce data into clear, actionable insights that support workforce planning, talent strategy, and executive decision‑makingDesign and partner on API and integration solutions to ensure seamless, secure data flow between Oracle HCM and downstream systemsEnsure strict confidentiality and appropriate handling of highly sensitive employee and organizational dataMaintain HR systems in compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, security standards, and data privacy regulations across regionsSupport system governance through standardized processes, role‑based access controls, and ongoing security reviewsWhat You'll Have:Education Bachelors and/or work combo8+ years of progressive experience supporting HR systems, HR data analytics, and enterprise reporting solutionsAdvanced, hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimizationDemonstrated knowledge designing and delivering HR analytics and reporting solutions using OTBI and BI PublisherProven ability to provide both functional and technical HRIS support, translating business requirements into effective system solutionsStrong analytical, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve complex, cross‑functional system issuesAbility to interpret complex HR and workforce data and clearly communicate insights to non‑technical and executive stakeholdersExcellent organizational and time‑management skills with a consistent track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentExperience supporting multi‑country or regional HR systemsExperience leading or managing HRIS initiatives or projects, including defining scope, identifying appropriate resources, and coordinating cross‑functional workstreamsHands‑on experience supporting global HRIS implementations or large‑scale system transformations in complex enterprise environmentsWorking knowledge of North American HR compliance considerations, including data privacy, security, and regulatory requirementsStrategic thinker with strong attention to detailHighly collaborative and customer-focusedComfortable operating independently and leading initiativesStrong communication and influencing skills
