Job Description1. Solution Design: Responsible for providing electrical support during the preliminary phase and formulating comprehensive electrical solutions.2. Documentation: Responsible for generating the Electrical Bill of Materials (BOM) and creating system electrical operation manuals.3. Project Management: Oversee the design and commissioning of on-site system electrical controls, and establish schedules and responsibility matrices for electrical integration.4. Team Guidance: Guide electricians in electrical cabinet assembly and system electrical integration.5. Troubleshooting: Manage issue tracking, feedback, and resolution during the system electrical commissioning process.6. Cost Control: Monitor and control costs throughout the electrical commissioning phase.7. General: Adhere to leadership assignments and complete tasks with high quality and efficiency according to requirements.Ability & Requirements1. Design Skills: Possess design and drafting capabilities for automation and robotics engineering projects.2. PLC & Programming: Proficient in configuring communication systems for common PLCs and programming for external device control.3. Component Selection: Familiar with the characteristics and selection of common electrical components and sensors.4. Robotics: Capable of on-site joint commissioning for at least one type of industrial robot.5. Experience: Possesses project management experience and hands-on on-site equipment commissioning experience.6. Specific Systems: Familiar with Allen-Bradley (AB) systems and Siemens commissioning.7.
