About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Engineering & Facilities Manager to lead operations at our Monterrey site. In this role, you will oversee efficient operations and key investment projects, as well as drive continuous improvement.You’ll work closely with the Site Manager and Supply Chain team while leading and developing a high-performing team of nine colleagues, making a direct impact on operational excellence and long-term site performance.Location: Parque Industrial Mitras, calle Beta 8023, C.P. 66023, García.
