We are looking for motivated Experienced EPIC Analysts with approximately 1 year of hands-on experience to join our team. If you have a strong interest in healthcare IT systems and are eager to grow your career working with key EPIC modules, this opportunity is for you!Key Responsibilities:Support and analyze EPIC modules including Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, or Willow (Inpatient and Outpatient)Assist in data extraction, validation, and reporting from EPIC Clarity and Cogito environments.Support day-to-day operational activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.Work closely with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for EPIC modules.Communicate effectively in English with internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience working with EPIC modules (Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, Willow IP/OP).Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Preferred:Basic knowledge of healthcare workflows and terminology.Experience with healthcare data reporting and analytics.
