Job Title

The ideal candidate will have experience managing both a production facility and a team. They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes. The candidate will also have an ability to follow safety and compliance guidelines diligently in order to create a healthy work environment for all employees. Position Summary:The Plant Manager is responsible for management and leadership of production, production scheduling, plant quality, maintenance, tool room and manufacturing engineering activities to ensure that continuous improvement in Key Performance Indicators is maintained, along with ensuring Corporate and Plant Strategic goals are achieved. Preferred Education, Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree, business or engineering preferredFive+ years of leadership (automotive manufacturing leadership preferred)Practical knowledge and experience of Lean Manufacturing Principles and Problem Solving methodsExperience with developing and maintaining budgets High performance in personnel management.KPI reporting and management Correct management of company resourcesInventory control.Health and Safety Regulations.Inyection molding background (preferred) Preferred Capabilities: Initiative.Organization.Critical thinking.Leadership.Effective communication.
