Job Description

The HR Business Partner provides a broad range of HR support and consulting services to multiple locations and business units within the region, serving as the primary Human Resources contact and advisor to managers and employees. This role partners with HR peers in the execution of regional HR programs and strategies, enterprise-wide HR projects and initiatives, and delivers innovative solutions that support and optimize business objectives, mitigate risks, and ensure legal compliance, contributing to the long-term success of the organization.About the RoleThis role partners with HR peers in the execution of regional HR programs and strategies, enterprise-wide HR projects and initiatives, and delivers innovative solutions that support and optimize business objectives, mitigate risks, and ensure legal compliance, contributing to the long-term success of the organization.ResponsibilitiesStrengthens leaders’ ability to drive organizational change by bringing proven best practices to achieve sustainable results.Builds strong internal customer relationships, becoming a trusted partner and advisor on communication and change management topics.Aligns HR strategies with business objectives, owning and being held accountable for HR results, and partnering with leadership to understand and support business needs.Drives the Organizational Effectiveness Plan, reporting progress and potential changes; participates in the development and implementation of cross-cultural communication strategies and change plans.Leads and manages delivery of change programs aligned with strategy, people, processes, and structure.Ensures consistency of plans and initiatives throughout the organization.Partners with business leaders to identify potential risks during change processes and incorporates risk management into overall change management strategies.Understands organizational talent needs to support current and future business requirements.Translates business and employee needs into effective HR processes and programs, driving changes that positively impact retention and engagement.Provides partnership, leadership, counsel, and HR expertise to enable business success.Oversees and supports the delivery of HR programs and services tailored to the needs of functional groups.Coaches and mentors high-potential and high-performing employees, proactively identifying talent risks before they impact the business.Provides thought leadership and guidance on human resources policies and practices to assigned functional areas.Leverages existing HR resources to ensure efficient and effective HR operations.Develops and implements training strategies in partnership with learning and development teams.Supports the development and reinforcement of a strong organizational culture.Ensures compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and HR policies.Contributes to enterprise-wide initiatives and cross-functional projects.Supports project tracking, work plans, and project management processes.Complies with company policies, procedures, and security requirements. QualificationsBachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role within a matrixed organization, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Minimum of five years of experience in employee relations, including labor relations and HR policy development.Experience supporting and working across a broad range of HR disciplines at senior organizational levels. Required SkillsAbility to build credibility and strong relationships at all organizational levels.Strong financial acumen, with understanding of how business performance is influenced through people strategy.Solid business acumen with the ability to quickly understand operations and translate needs into HR solutions.Proven capability to lead and manage large, complex projects with minimal supervision.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, delivering clear, concise, and influential messages.Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email.
