This program is designed to develop future engineering and operations talent through a structured 6-month cross-functional rotation.During the program, trainees will gain hands-on exposure to core manufacturing functions, develop practical problem-solving skills, and build a strong foundation in plant operations. Upon successful completion, candidates will be placed into a long-term role based on individual performance and business needs.Rotation Program Structure (6 Months)Trainees will rotate through the following key departments:• Production• Process Engineering• Quality• Maintenance (based on business needs)Training Focus• Learn manufacturing processes and process control fundamentals.• Participate in shop-floor problem solving related to quality and productivity.• Gain exposure to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and basic quality tools.• Support small improvement projects and assigned operational initiatives.• Understand cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing environment.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Support daily production and engineering operations.• Assist in resolving production, process, and quality issues.• Support new product introduction (NPI) and trial production activities.• Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency and cost reduction.• Coordinate with different departments to support operational goals.• Complete learning assignments and practical tasks guided by mentors.• Provide regular progress updates throughout the training program.________________________________________QualificationsEducation• Bachelor’s degree or above.• Recent graduates are strongly preferred.• Major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.Language Skills• Spanish required.• English and/or Chinese can be used as working languages.Skills • Strong interest in manufacturing industry; automotive experience is a plus.• Fast learner with strong adaptability.• Responsible, proactive, and execution-oriented.• Good communication and teamwork skills.• Willingness to work in a production environment and accept rotation assignments.________________________________________Program Highlights• Structured 6-month rotation program with broad factory exposure.• Clear career path after program completion.• Opportunity to work with international teams.• Long-term growth opportunities in both management and technical tracks.
