Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Casting Agent based in Benito Juárez, CMX. The Casting Agent will be responsible for identifying and recruiting talent for various productions, conducting auditions, coordinating with directors and producers, managing casting schedules, and handling contracts and negotiations with actors. This role requires an ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the seamless casting of talent for diverse projects. Qualifications Proficient in talent scouting, casting coordination, and audition managementStrong skills in communication, collaboration, and contract negotiationKnowledge of casting trends, industry standards, and diverse talent poolsAbility to work efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlinesExperience with database management tools for organizing and tracking auditionsStrong organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with local and international casting networks is a plusBachelor's degree in Theater, Media Studies, Communications, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of relevant experience in casting or talent management
