The Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) will serve as the site’s medical representative in the Delivery Station. The OMR will provide first aid treatment to injured employees, proactively analyze tasks for potential safety issues, and participate in and implement the site wellness program.Key job responsibilitiesProvide triage, first aid, and/or referral to an outside medical provider if indicatedMaintain all records of treatment given to associatesMaintain first‑aid kits, inventory supplies, restock and clean equipment used in the care of associatesTrain managers and associatesProvide daily activity logs to the leadership teamProvide analysis of all incidents on a monthly basisFrequently attend and speak at stand‑up meetingsNote: This role requires rotating shifts and is not a remote position.A day in the life You will report to the WHS Manager and support an assigned site as the medical representative.
