You will own the end-to-end merchandising strategy across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, ensuring products are competitively positioned and consistently optimized for conversion and revenue growth. Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans for listings, QA, parts, and content teams by creating structured tasks, tickets, and workflows. Monitor and analyze marketplace performance (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart), identifying gaps in revenue, conversion, visibility, and operational efficiency. Diagnose underperformance issues and implement corrective actions to improve sales and marketplace rankings. Review and approve new product onboarding, assessing demand, competition, profitability, and operational readiness. Lead and manage a team of 4–6 members, ensuring alignment, productivity, and execution quality across all merchandising activities.
