Job Description

MISSION:The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing key accounts to ensure busines results , maintaining a long term relationship with customers and maximizing sales opportunities within them. Profitabilty and Share growth as key priorities- Achieve channel objectives set by the company. MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB: Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Develop strong business plans for key customers with full year vision Negotiate trade terms Ensure perfect in-store execution of the plans Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Forecast and track key account metrics. Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed. Co- Develop strategies tailored to every customer for the optimal management of the accounts (sales and margin quota, promotions, sell-thru, etc.). These tasks must be exceutedin collaboration with marketing Get and analyze internal and market information for decision making related to the business performance Verify and follow up to the customers' payments that to avoid holding of sales, speed up the delivery, and have a healthy management of the accounts Analyze and build the 13 month Sales Forecast to make sure the required amount of product is available for delivery. Manage the operational budget assigned, to drive the Company's products through promotions, looking for the company's profitability Develop special projects to ensure share growth always ensuring profitability goals Develop operational activities on time and with quality to ensure the basics of the account management (listings, budget management, sales presentarions, orders management process and shipments)
