Job Description

Role MissionWe are looking for a Customer Success Associate to drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention for a global SaaS platform. In this role, you will work closely with customers throughout their journey, leveraging data insights and proactive engagement to maximize product usage, identify growth opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities Monitor key metrics such as product adoption, usage, renewals, and NPS Analyze customer data and trends to identify risks and growth opportunities Support customer engagement strategies to improve retention and lifetime value Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales teams Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal stakeholders Escalate customer issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams Identify and develop customer advocates (case studies, references, etc.) Support the implementation of scalable customer success programs Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to improve customer outcomesMust-Have Skills 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Support, or similar) Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight preferred) Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders Advanced EnglishNice to Have Experience working with SaaS products Exposure to customer success metrics (NPS, retention, adoption) Basic understanding of technical products or platforms Experience working in cross-functional, global teamsAbout the Project You will be part of a global initiative within a healthcare IT security company, focused on delivering a cloud-based SaaS platform that helps organizations meet compliance, security, and operational efficiency goals.Why Join Us?
