We are looking for aTalent Acquisition Associatewith experience hiring for industrial and operational environments, who thrives in fast-paced settings and enjoys filling critical, hard-to-find positions.Your Mission You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of key manufacturing profiles, partnering closely with plant leaders, and HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent within aggressive timelines.Key Responsibilities • Lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and operations roles (Engineers, Supervisors, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, EHS, etc.) • Manage hard-to-fill and high-priority vacancies with strong urgency and quality standards • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, shift needs, and business priorities • Design and execute sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, local networks, and talent mapping • Build pipelines of talent for critical plant and industrial positions • Screen candidates based on technical fit, leadership capability, culture, and availability • Coordinate interviews, plant visits, and offer process end-to-end • Provide market insights on salary trends, talent availability, and hiring recommendations • Ensure accurate ATS updates, recruitment metrics, and reportingRequired Profile • +1 year of experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, operations, or industrial roles • Strong understanding of manufacturing profiles and operational structures • Ability to work in a project-based, fast-paced environment • Fluent English (written and spoken)
