Within ourTrusted Connectivitybusiness unit, we develop cutting-edge solutions for the telecommunications industry—ranging from SIM cards and eSIMs to Subscription Management and secure connectivity services—connecting people, businesses, and devices worldwide.Your mission As aService Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of mobile telecom solutions, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Key job responsabilities Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for telecom solution delivery; Liaise with clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met; Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, operations, and support to ensure seamless service delivery; Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, and take appropriate action to mitigate them; Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services, including installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom solutions; Provide regular status updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management; Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project status, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure client satisfaction; Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction; Manage vendor relationships and third-party suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.What are we looking for? 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery within the telecom industry Strong project management skills (PMP Certification is a plus) Excellent stakeholder and client management skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams Advanced English level Based in Mexico City or surrounding área; availablity to travelIf you want this position to be yours, we would like you to have the following:Proven experience in managing and delivering complex telecom solutions and services; Strong project management skills with experience in creating and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues; Experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives; Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulations related to telecom solutions and services.What we offerJoinValidand work on innovative, global technology projects within multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
