Job Title: Management Trainee Location: Salinas Hofusan Industrial Park, Nuevo León, Mexico (On-site) ________________________________________Position Overview To support the continued growth of our automotive components manufacturing business, we are seeking high-potential recent graduates to join our Management Trainee Program. This program is designed to develop future engineering and operations talent through a structured 6-month cross-functional rotation. During the program, trainees will gain hands-on exposure to core manufacturing functions, develop practical problem-solving skills, and build a strong foundation in plant operations. Upon successful completion, candidates will be placed into a long-term role based on individual performance and business needs.Rotation Program Structure (6 Months) Trainees will rotate through the following key departments: • Production • Process Engineering • Quality • Maintenance (based on business needs)Training Focus • Learn manufacturing processes and process control fundamentals. • Participate in shop-floor problem solving related to quality and productivity. • Gain exposure to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and basic quality tools. • Support small improvement projects and assigned operational initiatives. • Understand cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing environment.________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Support daily production and engineering operations. • Assist in resolving production, process, and quality issues. • Support new product introduction (NPI) and trial production activities. • Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency and cost reduction. • Coordinate with different departments to support operational goals. • Complete learning assignments and practical tasks guided by mentors. • Provide regular progress updates throughout the training program. ________________________________________ Qualifications Education • Bachelor’s degree or above. • Recent graduates are strongly preferred. • Major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Language Skills • Spanish required. • English and/or Chinese can be used as working languages.
