Plant Controller – AutomotiveLocation - Monterrey, MexicoWe are supporting a global automotive manufacturer in the search for a Plant Controller at a high-volume production facility in Monterrey, Mexico.This is a key plant leadership role with full ownership of site finance, partnering closely with operations to drive performance, control costs, and support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead the region's annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long‐range planning. Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Monitor P&L performance, variances, cost drivers, and productivity metrics. Partner with plant managers and functional leaders to drive financial accountability. Provide financial guidance to regional operations, supply chain, and HR. Support decision-making for headcount, capacity, CapEx, and major investments. Review and validate product costing, standard costs, and margin performance. Track cost savings, continuous improvement, and launch readiness financial KPIs. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities. Prepare region-level financial statements and management reports.Requirements: 10+ Minimum Years of Experience with related to financial management or project management in a manufacturing environment 10+ Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry
