Together, we create impact and drive success!About the role:As a Collections Specialist, you will play a key role in recovering past-due receivables, conduct data analysis to identify and resolve billing discrepancies within the ERP system, and collaborate with your manager to execute data-driven solutions, track performance, and deliver measurable results.What You'll Do:Monday to Friday working schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Analyze and validate migrated data to ensure accuracy and integrity. Identify and resolve billing discrepancies within the new ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate corrections. Handle collections activities from early-stage follow-ups through escalated recovery actions, maintaining detailed and accurate records of all account activities. Demonstrate professionalism and discretion in all interactions with internal teams and customers. Feeling excited yet? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic, persistent, and confident approach. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated and extremely goal oriented. Team Player. Fluent English required.
