Regional Finance Manager/Plant Controller – Automotive We are supporting a global automotive manufacturer in the search for a Regional Finance Manager/Plant Controller in Monterrey.This is a key financial leadership role with full ownership of sites finance, partnering closely with operations to drive performance, control costs, and support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Lead plant financial operations, ensuring GAAP and SOX compliance Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting cycles Deliver variance analysis (Sales through EBIT) and performance insights Oversee inventory, cost accounting, and fixed assets Manage month-end close and reconciliation processesRequirements:Experience in a Plant Controller or manufacturing finance leadership role Strong background in manufacturing / automotive environments
