Why Consider This Job Opportunity We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to support and coordinate key HR processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining strong attention to detail. The position will play an important role in areas such as recruitment, employee communication, reporting, HR compliance, governance, and operations.Workplace Policy Hybrid from Jalisco, MexicoMonthly Salary $30,000 Pesos grossWhat To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee administration, and offboarding. Review resumes and coordinate interviews for open positions. Maintain employee records, HR reports, and internal documentation. Participate in meetings with Japan for HR updates and reporting follow-up. Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services, such as actuarial valuation and expatriate immigration support. Contribute ideas and proposals for employee engagement initiatives.
