General Ledger:Perform account reconciliations, manage accruals, and maintain the integrity of the general ledger. Compliance:Ensure all accounting practices and documentation strictly adhere toUS GAAPstandards. Operational Analysis:Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to support client growth. Client Engagement:Act as a direct point of contact for clients, providing professional "Customer Attention" to resolve inquiries and support their financial health.Candidate RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Technical Expertise:Robust experience working withUS GAAPis mandatory. Industry Background:Previous experience within theRestaurant or Hospitalitysectors is highly preferred. Communication:Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with the ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
